The 26th China International Industry Fair (CIIF) grandly opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). As a representative domestic smart-manufacturing enterprise deeply engaged in precision forging-and-pressing equipment, GOANWIN Group showcased a full lineup of core forming-processing machines. Through live dynamic demonstrations, the company exhibited solutions covering high-speed stamping, servo-enabled flexible forming, precision hydraulic pressing, and integrated turn-key turning-milling machining. Its booth drew large crowds of domestic and overseas merchants and engineers for on-site observation and business talks, creating consistently high visitor traffic.
For this exhibition, GOANWIN highlighted four star-model machines, catering to mainstream processing scenarios including electronic connectors, AI liquid-cooled connectors, precision metal deep drawing, and new-energy components. A 40-ton toggle-link high-speed press ran live continuous stamping demos for terminals. Thanks to the unique motion curve of its toggle-link mechanism, it delivers excellent bottom-dead-point thermal displacement control and superior embossing performance. Fitted with eight-face needle roller guides, the machine features strong anti-eccentric-load capacity, low vibration at high operating speeds, and burr-free finished parts. It is well-suited for high-volume continuous production of ultra-thin components such as connector terminals and lead frames, demonstrating its micron-level stable stamping capability.

The 35-ton toggle-type servo press combines the structural strengths of toggle mechanism with programmable servo control. Its slide speed, stroke and pressure-holding profile can be custom-configured on demand. It balances high-speed precision stamping and flexible forming processes to meet diverse requirements for embossing, shallow deep-drawing and precision sizing. Ideal for frequent change-overs in multi-variant, small-batch production for 3C electronics and miniature precision parts, it achieves energy savings, noise reduction and high-level intelligence.
The 100-ton open-frame hydraulic press boasts robust frame rigidity and spacious operating clearance, delivering stable and controllable pressure output. It supports processes including forming, press-fitting, straightening and precision pressing. Versatile for metal forming, composite material compression and component press-fitting applications, it is easy to commission and maintain to satisfy forming demands across multiple industries. Also on display was the turn-mill composite machine tool, which integrates turning and milling functions. It completes multi-step machining for complex rotary workpieces in a single clamping, featuring high machining accuracy and high-level process integration. It fills the gap in precision-component machining and delivers customers integrated turn-key solutions combining stamping and CNC machining.

Upholding the philosophy of "Ingenious Craftsmanship, Technology Empowerment", GOANWIN Group draws on cross-strains technical heritage in precision forging and pressing. It keeps advancing independent innovation for domestic precision-forming equipment, building a complete product portfolio ranging from high-speed presses, servo presses and hydraulic machines to CNC machining equipment. It supplies reliable forming machinery and automated supporting solutions for new-energy, automotive component, electronic-communication and precision hardware industries.
Leveraging CIIF as a national-level industrial exchange platform, GOANWIN showcases the strength of domestic advanced manufacturing. Its high-precision, high-reliability equipment helps manufacturing industries improve quality and operational efficiency. Vibrant technical exchanges took place on site. Many industry customers held in-depth discussions regarding terminal stamping, precision forming and production-line integration, jointly exploring pathways for smart-manufacturing upgrading. Going forward, GOANWIN will further deepen its focus on precision-forming equipment, pursue continuous technical iteration, expand its global service network, and empower worldwide manufacturing upgrades with robust domestic-built machinery.
