From October 23rd to 25th, 2025, Goanwin is attending exhibition in Shenzhen. Under the theme of "High Efficiency & Precision, Intelligent Creation for the Future," we will highlight the GP-160 H- frame high-speed stamping press, EC1-110 servo punching press, and CNC machining center. The GP-160 press customized for motor stator and rotor machining is the focus of the event.

As a core model, this press is specifically designed for precision stamping of motor stators and rotors, perfectly solving the pain points of low efficiency, poor precision, and material waste in traditional processing. Its combined design of a closed-body and semi-guide pillar system provides superior resistance to off-center loads compared to similar equipment, enabling high-speed continuous stamping at SPM 400+. When used with progressive die processing, it can increase stator and rotor lamination production efficiency by more than 3 times.

In terms of precision control, the GP-160 is equipped with a servo drive system and closed-loop control technology, achieving a repeatability accuracy of ±0.003mm, ensuring the high consistency of stator core laminations and directly improving motor operational stability. Addressing the challenge of material utilization, the equipment employs continuous coil stamping and a staggered tooth arrangement design, combined with an automated feeding mechanism, achieving a material utilization rate exceeding 70% and significantly reducing production costs. In addition, the built-in energy recovery system can reduce energy consumption by more than 15%. Combined with fully automatic lubrication and intelligent temperature control devices, the mold life is extended to more than 100 million strokes, making it suitable for stator and rotor processing needs in various scenarios such as new energy vehicle drive motors and industrial servo motors.

In addition to its core model GP-160, the exhibition also showcase the EC1-110 servo punch press and a high-precision machining center. The EC1-110 is renowned for its flexibility, supporting rapid switching between multi-station molds and adapting to the production of various specifications of small and medium-sized stators and rotors. Its micron-level stamping accuracy and low-noise operation make it particularly suitable for precision motor manufacturing. The CNC machining center achieves integrated processing of stators and rotors from stamping to milling to drilling to inspection. Combined with a robotic loading and unloading system, it enables unmanned production, significantly reducing turnaround time and labor costs.

Goanwin's participation in this exhibition not only brings targeted stator and rotor processing solutions , but also features a live demonstration area showcasing the entire process of high-speed stamping of stators and rotor laminations using the GP-160. Experienced technical engineers are also available to provide one-on-one process consultation.
